1. Usage: 4A molecular sieve has selective adsorption capacity and can remove moisture in organic solvents and gases, but does not adsorb solvents and gases (such as tetrahydrofuran). The original method adopts caustic soda dehydration, caustic soda is soluble in water, is not easy to separate with tetrahydrofuran after dehydration, uses caustic soda to be difficult for recycling, has actually increased cost.

2. Operation method: The dehydration operation of 4A molecular sieve is relatively simple. The molecular sieve can be directly put into the solvent removal, or the solution and gas can be directly passed through the molecular sieve adsorption tower.

3. Adsorption capacity: Molecular sieve 4A has a relatively large adsorption capacity, generally 22%.

4. Selection of adsorption performance: 4A molecular sieve can easily absorb water molecules. Because the diameter of water molecules is smaller than that of zeolite, electrostatic balance can be achieved after adsorption (molecular sieves do not absorb particles with diameters larger than those of molecular sieves).

6. Regeneration: The regeneration of 4A molecular sieve is relatively simple. After one hour, nitrogen above 300°C can be used again (non-combustible substances can be directly pumped into the air). 

7. Long service life: 4A molecular sieve can be regenerated for 3-4 years. 

Molecular sieves have strong hygroscopicity to moisture, so they should be used for gas purification and should avoid direct contact with air. Molecular sieves that have absorbed moisture should be regenerated after they have been stored for a long period of time. Molecular sieves avoid oil and liquid water. Try to avoid contact with oil and liquid water during use. The gases for drying treatment in industrial products include air, hydrogen, argon, etc. Two adsorption dryers are connected in parallel, one works and the other can be regenerated. In order to allow the continuous operation of the equipment, they alternate with each other. The dryer works at normal temperature, and performs air washing regeneration at a temperature above 340°C.
