The recent growth in global industrial cooperation has resulted an increasing requirement for high quality industrial tower packing within europe. we have recently shipped one hundred cubic meters of metal IMTP Tower Packing (two sizes, 25 mm, & 40 mm) after completing both degreasing and passivation processes. this shipment will be exported to europe to provide reliable technical support for various industries, including chemical, petrochemical and related industrial applications.
IMTP, is the short name of Intalox Metal Tower Packing and it is commonly referred to as the Metal Intalox Step Ring, which is one of the highest-performing, high-efficiency metal tower packing solutions that manufactured for industrial mass circulation and separation systems. This shipment of tower packing will contain two of the most established sizes in this product line, that being the 25 mm nominal diameter and the 40 mm nominal diameter tower packing material and both sizes will fit within traditional medium-to-large-sized tower vessels that are used throughout the chemical industry in Europe. Each size of the IMTP packing will be made according to standardized wall thickness and curvature specifications along With its highest specific surface area, stable gas liquid contact efficiency , lowest pressure loss and best anti clogging performance.
The dual-size options offer flexibility in adapting to various types of tower equipment, operational processes, and conditions while also allowing for the customization needed for many European customers. In addition, the combination of two different sizes allows for greater versatility and compatibility within the industry.
A degreasing and passivation professional surface treatment has been performed on all of the IMTP metal step rings in the batch to meet the strict environmental quality requirements of our European customers. Cleaning of the surface of the metal packing is an important quality control measure and ensures that the application meets the required quality product specifications as well as all other required application results.
Passivation creates an oxide layer on the metal’s surface, via chemical processes, resulting in high corrosion resistance along with greater durability of the product or packing material and its ability to function within challenging environments of europe due to the challenging working conditions and different types of industry.
This entire consignment being exported is 100 cubic meters in total. Extreme quality checks and tests were done before guying out to ensure that the whole batch of our kit conforms to the proper European Indus Standards & Tech. Specs.
In regard to terminology consistency, “export to European” was changed to “export to Europe”. “Europe” is used as the noun and destination, while “European” is an adjective. Using standard language in shipping documents is important because it assures that cartons, packing lists, invoices and other commercial documents are correct from a terminology perspective.
