In July 2025, our company successfully received an order from a new customer in Kazakhstan for FCL 1*20GP container of SS304 Pall Rings . This was an important step in expanding into the Central Asian market. To ensure smooth order completion and improve customer satisfaction, we proceed it step by step as per customer’s requirement.
Order confirmation and details checking
After receiving the order, the sales department immediately contacted the customer to reconfirm the order details. We focused on verifying the product specifications, clarifying key parameters such as the diameter, height, and thickness of the SS304 pall rings to ensure they met the customer’s requirements. We also confirmed the specific capacity, loading requirements, and delivery time of FCL 1*20GP container. This information was recorded in detail in the order contract, which was signed by both parties to avoid any subsequent disputes.
Plan for mass production
The production department makes a detailed production plan based on order requirements and delivery times. First, we check the inventory of SS304 raw materials. If insufficient, we contact reliable suppliers to purchase them immediately to ensure that the raw materials meet quality standards. Then, they rationally arrange production equipment and personnel, clarifying production tasks and timelines for each link to ensure the orderly production process. Throughout the production process, they strictly adhere to the production plan and regularly check production progress to ensure that production can be completed on time.
Quality Control
Quality is the lifeblood of any company, and quality control is particularly crucial for this new customer order. From the moment raw materials arrive, we undergo rigorous quality inspections. Only qualified raw materials are put into production. Throughout the production process, dedicated personnel conduct inspections to ensure quality control at every step, promptly identifying and resolving any quality issues. After production is complete, comprehensive quality inspections are conducted, including inspections of appearance, dimensions, and performance, to ensure that each batch of SS304 metal pall rings meets customer quality requirements.
